Always good service at Lula. The bartenders Sam and haley were really nice and helpful. The food and drinks is always good! I wanted something lite so I ordered the crawfish queso, and a Mardi Gras frozen drink (pomegranate lemonade).

On Sunday, we came to see the Mardi Gras procession. Undoubtedly, there was a feeling. We were given a view from the balcony where we could still capture all types of beads. We were also treated to some delicious meals. I'm going to save my place for next year for this coming weekend! 10/10

Well I was pleasantly surprised with the service, food and ambiance were excellent. We were met almost immediately and given us a nice table to be alone for Valentine's Day. The waitress, Hayley, came over got our drink orders. When she returned we asked for appetizer recommendations. She recommended fried green tomato appetizer and took our orders. I ordered a blackberry sauce rib dish. It was wonderful. It paired well with the fried green tomato appetizer. It came with a large serving of Cole slaw (delicious) and a grilled corn. Wonderful is how I'd describe it. I'll be back for the same meal very soon. Next time with others.

Lula is going to be a must stop for us. Between the venue, and atmosphere being stunning. To the service, and staff being on point. Add a great menu selection. Top it off with in house drinks. Truly enjoyed our time. We started off with the Crawfish queso (freakin delicious) served with wanton chips and boudin egg rolls.(left a us felling a little underwhelmed) Then on to the cheese burger (ground in house) and their fried spicy chicken sandwich(topped with their in house fig sauce) a little sweet and spicy. I know pretty generic, unfortunately we ate so much local cuisine over the week we need a break. It absolutely hit the spot. Look forward to trying many more options.

I've been to Lula sooo many times...how have I never reviewed?! For years, Lula has been a consistently great place for American-Louisiana style dishes and I've always appreciated it an LGD staple. The variety of dishes allows for anyone to have a meal they'd enjoy. What I really love about Lula is that the quality of food has always been there across the years. Its real, fresh ingredients are always prepared and well-seasoned with very nice portions. And, their happy hour is great! Can't beat a $6 cocktail with freshly-distilled liquor! Anytime someone visits the city and wants a more chill dining experience away from the FQ or CBD, I always suggest Lula and they enjoy it. I mean, who wouldn't want to eat yummy food while watching tons of liquor being distilled in real-time on St. Charles Ave!

Lula for dinner was very good! The crawfish queso and fried Mirlitons were tasty appetizers! I love that the queso comes with thin fried wontons. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich for my entree and it was delicious! I will definitely be back to explore Lula's drink and food menus!

The RYE is amazing, ended up buying a bottle to take home. The flight is a good sampler to see what you like. The mac n cheese is amazing with flavor. I'll go again for brunch to try other options on the menu!

Bottomless vodka for only $20! It was Lula Restaurant Distillery's spin on a Bottomless Mimosa I guess, but I'm not complaining. Even though I went during the Swiftie's take over, there wasn't a wait and service was great. Jalen, dressed as the grim repear, was what I like in a server...attentive but not overbearing and knowledgeable about the menu. If I could have gone back the next day, I would have. Everything, was delicious, even the fried pickled merlitoin. Enjoy!

I visited this distillery roughly 20 minutes before they closed, just to grab a quick drink. Once I sat down at the bar and looked at the menu, I couldn't help but to order the crawfish queso. I mean...why not? It first came out slightly warm, so I sent it back for them to warm it up more. Regardless of the temp, it was surprisingly delicious. I ate every last bit! When it comes to the drinks, I'm usually a stout girl when choosing a beer, but they didn't have any stout options. The beer the bartender recommended was really good, so I didn't mind. The experience overall was enjoyable. I'd definitely come back to try out more of the menu.
